Thank you for your interest in Intercept Security’s Client Web. This online tool enables you to manage your account information, request service and keep your account up-to-date.

Below is the information required to get started using your new online account.

Using Client Web you will be able to access your account online using any web browser (ie: IE, Firefox, Safari, even their iPhone) to perform the following:

  • View your Account Profile (Name, Address, Contact Name, Phone Numbers)
  • View invoice history summaries including paid and open balance totals
  • View/Modify/Add Emergency contact information (Keyholders)
  • View/Modify/Add Insurance information
  • View/Modify/Add Vacation information or special instructions to your account
  • View Service History
  • Request New Service
  • View Alarm History (signal history)
  • View Zone Descriptions

Before you get started, make sure we have the email address you wish to use on file with Intercept Security (Calgary:403-299-1733 - Edmonton:780-496-9669)

Your easy to follow instructions:

  1. Go to: http://intercept.protected.com:950
  2. Click the Tab labeled ‘Register’ then the button ‘Register’
  3. Enter the email address you have provided to Intercept Security and choose a password.
  4. Once you have registered the email and the password of your choice an email will be sent to you.
  5. Go to your Email Inbox and follow the link provided within the email (Clientweb@protected.com )
  6. You are now ready to View/update your account at your convenience.

  • Any changes made are immediately sent to Central Station and will be active as soon as they are processed within 2 business day and usually within one hour.
